Prior to booking any of our services, it is imperative that each client understands our policies.
Please take a moment to read the following information.
OUR POLICIES

A $30 deposit is required by all clients in order to secure an appointment.

Cancellations/rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

No-shows will result in a forfeiture of their deposit, and will be unable to book future appointments.

Eyelash extension retention of less than 40% will be considered a new set.

Arrive to your appointment with clean lashes and no makeup.

No guests allowed.

No outside fills allowed.

If you have a cough, cold, flu, or are feeling unwell, please DO NOT come to your appointment.
PAYMENT
Your remaining balance will be due in cash at your appointment.
Unfortunately, we do not accept any other forms of payment.
